Help.
Stuck? Probably on purpose. If not, we're right here.
Why can't I change my setup?
Saving your posting setup locks your platforms, apps, posts a day and session length for 24 hours. The home screen shows exactly when it unlocks, under Posting setup.
We can't unlock it early. The founder who wants five more minutes at 11pm is not the one who should be setting the number.
I need to get into Instagram right now.
If you have a post left today and that platform isn't cooling down, start a posting session from the home screen. For ten minutes after a posting session ends, the locked app offers one more minute, once per session.
And if you really need out: the lock is yours. Remove Postmeter's access in iOS Settings under Screen Time, or delete the app. We just hope you won't.
An app isn't locking.
Check that Screen Time is allowed on the You screen, and that you picked the app for that platform in your posting setup. Then open Postmeter once. It re-applies every lock each time it comes to the front.
My posting session ended at a different time than I expected.
A session has two limits. While Postmeter is open, it follows the clock. While you're in the social app, iOS counts your actual minutes in that app. The session ends at whichever limit is reached first.
Why are my numbers from last night?
Postmeter checks your platforms every night. The platforms themselves can take a day or two to settle their stats, so recent videos keep changing for a while.
Why can't I connect Instagram?
Instagram only shares stats with apps for Creator and Business accounts. Switching is free in Instagram's settings. Some insights stay hidden until an account has 100 followers.
Does Postmeter post for me or read my DMs?
No. Postmeter reads your stats and nothing else. The exact list is in the Privacy Policy. Your Screen Time data never leaves your phone.
How do I cancel or get a refund?
Go to iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Postmeter. Deleting the app doesn't cancel. Apple handles refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com.
I got a new phone. Where's my subscription?
Sign in to the same Apple ID and tap Restore on the paywall.
How do I delete my account?
Everything is on the data deletion page.
